Integrate biodiversity at your properties !

Plant a microforest in the garden to improve residents’ well-being and show a genuine commitment to sustainable development. Make your property portfolio an example of how to encourage biodiversity and restore ecosystems.

A microforest at the foot of your building

The living environment
A microforest is a beautiful forest ecosystem set in the garden, which permits residents to enjoy a natural environment that is both pleasant and better for their health. We’ll plant the forest on an open area, making it larger or smaller, depending on the space available. The microforest enhances the living environment by improving air quality and providing an island of coolness. It reduces noise and establishes a protective barrier of vegetation.

Greater biodiversity
Microforests are incredible habitats for biodiversity. Besides the multitude of different native trees and shrubs we bring, as well as the plants that arrive here naturally, they harbour birds, fungi, butterflies and insects. They protect the soil and enhance its capacity to store rainwater.

Minimal upkeep
Microforests require little human intervention – certainly less than a lawn. This reduces the maintenance costs, and after three years the forest becomes self-sufficient.

Individual support
We will support you throughout the process, from design to planting. Depending on the context, we can arrange the planting as a participatory event or do it with our own team. A gardening company is then tasked with the upkeep, and we provide them with clear instructions. Alternatively, we can also take care of this work. Our team will monitor the progress for three years, until the microforest attains self-sufficiency.

Examples of our work at property development

We have completed numerous projects in the property sector, adapting our approach to different contexts. Our forests have transformed dull lawns into beautiful, self-sustaining ecosystems. They reduce the maintenance work required while improving the living environment for residents.

What other benefits might a microforest bring ?

Microforests are miniature ecosystems that combine environmental conservation with social benefits. They can perform a number of other functions :

These are projects that should be supported at all levels, in order to beautify our environment and encourage property developers to include this kind of plantation in their portfolios.
